目測清潔標準
Visual cleaning standard
干燥后的器械表面及其關節應光潔，無血液、污 漬、水垢等殘留物質和銹斑，功能完好無損毀，與目測合格標準任何一項不符視為不合格。
After drying, the surface and joints of the instrument shall be bright and clean, free of blood, stains, scale and other residual substances and rust spots, and free of damage after the function is completed. Any nonconformity with any one of the visual inspection standards shall be deemed as disqualification.
白紗布法
White gauze method
在未干燥的情況下，用高壓氣槍將器械管腔內的水吹向清潔的白紗布上，紗布應潔凈如初，不變顏色為合格，若紗布污染則不合格。
Under the condition of not drying, use a high-pressure air gun to blow the water in the instrument cavity to the clean white gauze. The gauze shall be clean as before, and the same color is qualified. If the gauze is polluted, it is unqualified.
隱血試驗法
Occult blood test
將匹拉米洞試劑與過氧化氫和乙醇混合試劑以1 ：1比例進行混合組成隱血試劑。
The piperone reagent was mixed with hydrogen peroxide and ethanol in a ratio of 1:1 to form occult blood reagent.
操作者戴橡膠手套，取受檢器械的表面、齒槽、軸節、管腔內壁等部位作為采樣點，用無菌棉簽飽蘸隱血試劑，在待檢的器械表面反復擦拭，5min內觀察棉簽變色情況。
The operator shall wear rubber gloves, take the surface, alveolar, shaft and inner wall of the instrument to be tested as sampling points, dip the sterile cotton swab with occult blood reagent, wipe the surface of the instrument to be tested repeatedly, and observe the discoloration of the cotton swab within 5min.
結果判定：立即變色、＜lmin變色為陽性，<5min變色為弱陽性，以上均視為不合格；＞5min不變色為合格。
Results it was judged that the discoloration was positive immediately, < 1 min, < 5 min, weak positive, all of the above were regarded as unqualified; the discoloration was qualified if the discoloration was not more than 5 min.
