殘留物的沖刷水洗：內鏡及器械手術完畢后立即卸開可卸部分，清洗槽內用流動水徹 底清洗，除去血液、黏液等殘留物質并擦干;曲卡及各類手術鉗、剪類器械、關節脫卸用軟毛刷子刷洗，高壓水槍沖洗各腔道、導管、管腔等。

消毒酶洗：將擦干后的內鏡及器械置于1∶270全效酶洗液槽中浸泡、浸泡時間為30min或用超聲清洗機振動清洗5min~10min。

Disinfection and enzyme washing: soak the dried endoscopes and instruments in a 1 ∶ 270 full effect enzyme washing solution tank for 30min or vibrate with an ultrasonic cleaning machine for 5min ~ 10min.

沖洗：經全 效酶洗液浸泡后的內鏡及器械放沖洗槽中用流動水徹 底清洗，有管腔器械在清洗過程中應用高壓水槍噴射沖洗，以去除管道內的全 效酶洗液及松脫的污物。清洗拆卸部分的器械時不但沖洗器械的外表面，器械的軸節部，彎曲部，管腔內也用軟刷子徹 底刷洗，刷洗內鏡時避免劃傷鏡面。

Flushing: endoscopes and instruments soaked in full effect enzyme lotion are put into the flushing tank and thoroughly cleaned with flowing water. Instruments with lumen shall be sprayed and flushed with high-pressure water gun during the cleaning process to remove full effect enzyme lotion and loose dirt in the pipeline. When cleaning the disassembled part of the instrument, not only wash the outer surface of the instrument, the shaft coupling, bending part and lumen of the instrument, but also brush thoroughly with a soft brush to avoid scratching the mirror when brushing the endoscope.

防銹去銹：器械經上述處理后，放入配好的1∶7去銹液內浸泡，浸泡時間為10min，浸泡完后用清水沖洗。

Rust prevention and derusting: after the above treatment, the instrument shall be soaked in the prepared 1:7 derusting solution for 10min, and then washed with clean water.

潤滑維護：沖洗后的器械放入1∶15潤滑液內浸泡，浸泡2min~3min后撈起晾干或燥干即可。

Lubrication maintenance: put the washed instrument into 1:15 lubricating fluid and soak it for 2min ~ 3min, then pick it up and dry it.
